Pick up in Store

You can pick up your order at our store on the street San Martzial Kalea, 4, Low.

Once the order has been prepared, we will notify you so that we can pick up your new purchase. Of course, there is no cost for this option. The deadline for the collection of packages is 14 working days, after that period there will be no possibility of return.

You can also return the products to us at our store on Calle San Martzial Kalea, 4, Bajo.

Schedule Donostia: 

• Monday-Friday: 10:30-13:30h, 16:30-19:30h
• Saturday: 10:30-13:30h

For any changes in store, you must notify us by filling out the Customer Service, with a minimum of 24h in advance.
